Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
